We are currently building our team. We are recruiting a social media volunteer and engagement volunteers. We want to work with people who share our passion for fighting inequality and whose expertise can help us deliver our work and grow as an organisation.

Social Media volunteer

AYMARA is a startup, which means we want to demonstrate that our model is strong and replicable to those who invest in our mission. Our plan is to grow and expand our social impact and for this we want to work with social media volunteer who is able to help us on our journey.

AYMARA also aims to work with the most vulnerable and for this reason we help Latin Americans access care and mainstream services. We walk with them until they feel integrated and empowered. The evidence-based idea is that migrants have always made countries richer and diverse, so fighting exclusion makes every place a better world.

We expect from the social media volunteer a wide knowledge of positioning and planning, and ability to increase awareness and impact, we need someone who believe in our mission and is keen to spread our message and give voice to the socially excluded.

Our environment is varied, we work with Latin American communities to provide them with an easy access to mainstream services, whilst also working with government agencies and local authorities on health and social care, and with charities and corporates. Innovation for us is finding creative paths to use collaboration to increase reach and impact.

We look for social media professionals who would embrace the rewarding idea of leading the social media platform of an organisation whose main aim is to fight exclusion. The social media volunteer will commit at least one day per week.

If you think you can contribute to the success of AYMARA, if you are good at social media and web management, and bilingual English / Spanish, then please let us know (contact@aymara.uk)

Engagement volunteers

We expect from the volunteers to engage Latin Americans in need of support, enrol them in the AYMARA’s theory of change, and help vulnerable individuals achieve their full potential by supporting them to gain skills for life, learning and employment.
